1. Definitions

• “Broker.Page” (“we,” “our,” or “us”) – The online platform facilitating verified brokers.
• “User” (“you,” “your”) – Any person using the platform, including brokers and consumers.
• “Services” – The features offered by Broker.Page, including broker verification, registration, and access to real estate professionals.
• “Payment Gateway” – Razorpay, our third-party service provider for processing online payments securely.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
• Brokers must provide accurate and verifiable details for approval.
• All information provided must be true, complete, and up to date.

3. Payment Terms & Fees

• 3.1 Registration & Annual Fee

  • The annual fee for broker registration and verification is ₹1,000.
  • This fee covers one year of access to Broker.Page’s services.
  • Users must renew their registration annually.
  • The membership fee can be changed at any time without prior consent.

• 3.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are securely processed via Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant).
  • Broker.Page does not store payment details like card numbers or UPI PINs.
  • Electronic receipts are provided upon successful payment.

• 3.3 Non-Refundable Fees

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Payment does not guarantee verification or approval.
  • Refunds are only possible under limited exceptions outlined in our Refund Policy.

• 3.4 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in suspension.

  • Disputes must be emailed to info@broker.page before contacting your bank.

4. Broker Verification

• Verification is subject to eligibility and internal review.
• False or misleading info may lead to rejection or removal without refund.
• No guarantees for leads, conversions, or business success.

5. User Conduct

• Use only for legal and legitimate purposes.
• Do not engage in fraud or misrepresentation.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Violations may lead to suspension, termination, or legal action.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content belongs to Broker.Page or its licensors.
• Do not reproduce, modify, or distribute without written consent.
• Photos/videos of broker offices and brokers may be used for verification and profile display.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Broker.Page is not a real estate service provider.
• We are not liable for disputes, losses, or misrepresentations between users.
• No liability for financial losses due to verification errors.
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

• Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
• By using Broker.Page, you consent to data usage for service delivery and payments.

9. Service Modifications & Termination

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
• Accounts may be terminated for violations or fraudulent activity.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by Indian law.
• Disputes will be resolved via negotiation; courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.

11. Updates to These Terms

• Terms may be updated anytime. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
